MESCO Belt Tamer Trainer

MESCO has introduced a new device for training badly behaved conveyor belts called the "Belt Tamer." The traditional solution requires the belt to hit the side guide to move the trainer. The MESCO Belt Tamer incorporates a diagonal pivot, which enables the trainer to tilt in both planes simultaneously up and down as well as left and right. The "Belt Tamer" responds instantaneously to any imbalance caused by an off centered belt and doesn't require damaging side guides. The belt will run to the high side to the correct line. The "Belt Tamer" will level out when the belt is rinning correctly.
